In 2016, I saw this "big table tennis racket" and "strange ball" in my friend's company. This is our first contact with a pickleball paddle. We know that the sport of pick-up is one of the fastest-growing sports. The pickleball paddle is made of PP honeycomb and carbon fiber. When we heard that it was made of carbon fiber, we were very excited. Because we have 12 years of carbon fiber product manufacturing experience.

Soon we set up a team of pickleball paddles and conducted a lot of market research and analysis. We all agreed that this is a very good product and can be widely used in our carbon fiber materials.

In 2017, we began to study the production of pickleball paddles. In June of the same year, the semi-finished products of PP honeycomb combined with glass fiber and carbon fiber officially met the customer's standard, making the customer's products smoothly pass the usapa certification.

In 2018, our semi-finished production line of pickleball paddles has a monthly production capacity of 40000 pieces. At the same time, in order to meet various customized needs of customers, we have successfully developed a combination of various honeycomb materials and carbon fiber materials. So that we can further expand the advantages of customized pickleball paddles.

In 2019, in order to meet the requirements of many customers, we introduced the equipment required for the later processing process, and realized the independent research and production of pickleball paddles from semi-finished products to finished products. In August of the same year, the first batch of pickleball paddles were officially delivered to customers and passed the USAPA certification.

In 2020, we will expand the production line of pickleball paddles with a monthly production capacity of 100000 to meet the huge market demand brought about by the rapid development of the sport.

In 2021, we will continue to take the professional custom-made production of pickleball paddles as our own responsibility, and process various carbon fiber pickleball paddles for major sports brands around the world.
